We’re looking for a Product Manager

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Product Manager with a blend of technical expertise and project management skills. You have a knack for translating complex concepts into practical solutions and enjoy working in a dynamic, interdisciplinary team. 

What the job is about

As a Product Manager for inductive charging systems, you will be the driving force behind our innovative solutions in the industrial sector. You will oversee the entire product life cycle, from market analysis and product development to launch and continuous optimization. Your goal is to ensure our systems are efficient, customer-focused, and aligned with cutting-edge technological trends, while meeting market-driven cost targets. By leveraging your skills in product management and technology, you will maximise our productivity and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key responsibilities

  • Product strategy and development

Shape the future of our inductive charging systems by developing and implementing product strategies that meet market needs and anticipate technological trends. Work closely with the development team to introduce new features and functionalities.

  • Market analysis

Stay ahead of the curve by identifying new trends and customer needs in the industrial sector.

  • Product lifecycle management

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and beyond. This includes pricing, communication, and creating technical data sheets.

  • Customer relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring products meet their expectations. Support the sales team with technical expertise and presentations.

  • Quality Management

Partner with the Quality Management team to uphold product quality and implement improvements based on customer feedback and test results.

Education and experience

  • Education

Degree in engineering, electrical, mechatronics / automation, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field. Business qualification is a plus.

  • Professional experience

Several years in product management, ideally within industrial charging systems or related technologies.

  • Industry knowledge

Good understanding of industrial technologies and systems, especially power electronics or similar areas. Familiarity with the development and application of these technologies is desirable.

  • Project management skills

Demonstrated experience managing projects to completion on time and within budget.

  • Communication skills

Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and build strong customer relationships.

  • Analytical skills

Aptitude for market analysis, problem-solving, and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Teamwork skills

Ability to work with diverse teams and partners. A proactive approach and high motivation to achieve company goals.

  • Language skills

Proficiency in English and German is required for international communication and technical documentation.
